About the Event
What is the Nomad Fest?
Nomad Fest is an event that brings together location-independent minds — digital nomads, entrepreneurs, creatives and professionals — who are exploring how to live and work with more intention, awareness and in harmony with our environment.
It is a shared space for connection, exchange and co-creation, where conversations matter more than presentations, and people meet beyond job titles or status.
Together, we exchange stories and experiences, reflecting on how we can support each other and care for our environment — and how a more intentional nomadic way of living can shape the world we live in.
“We need more conscious leaders in places of power and impact for a more peaceful and greener world.”
This Is a Pilot Edition
Gran Canaria Nomad Fest 2026 is launched as a pilot edition — a conscious first step in shaping a new kind of gathering for the nomad community.
Rather than presenting a fixed formula, this edition is designed as a living experiment: a space to meet, exchange, explore and co-create what nomad life can look like in a rapidly changing world.
During this pilot edition, we bring together a diverse group of nomads, entrepreneurs, creators, professionals and local changemakers who share curiosity about topics such as work, lifestyle, community, sustainability, regeneration and human-centered living.
What makes this edition special is that it is shaped together with its participants.
Feedback, conversations, shared experiences and spontaneous initiatives are not side effects — they are an essential part of the process.
This pilot allows us to:
-
Test formats and rhythms that support real connection
-
Explore how global nomad life can integrate more deeply with local environments
-
Learn what kind of spaces, conversations and collaborations truly serve the community
-
Lay a strong foundation for future editions of Nomad Fest Gran Canaria
If you join this pilot edition, you are not just attending an event —
you are participating in the birth of something new.
“This festival feels like a rare place where work, life, community, and earth are held together.”
The Program
A Program Expanded Beyond Talks
This Pilot Edition has evolved into a more immersive and experience-driven journey.
Alongside talks and co-creation sessions, participants will engage in curated island explorations, local encounters and territorial immersion experiences designed to foster deeper connection, collaborative learning and real-world impact.
Gran Canaria itself becomes part of the learning environment.

Day 1 – Nomad Connection and Opening
Playa de Mogán
Day 1 marks the opening of the Pilot Edition in Playa de Mogán and sets the foundation for the journey ahead.
Through inspiring talks, focused topic conversations and open co-creation sessions, participants begin exploring what meaningful connection truly means in a remote and fast-moving world.
The day combines reflection, dialogue and embodied experiences to move beyond surface-level networking and create space for authentic exchange, shared vision and genuine presence.

Day 2 – Nomad Community
Community, Territory & Collective Visioning
On Day 2, we travel into the Mogán Valley, visiting Molino de Viento and Mogán Village to explore how place, community and territory shape belonging and resilience.
Through local encounters, inspiring talks and co-creation sessions embedded in the landscape, participants reflect on what healthy communities need in order to thrive.
The day concludes with a shared dinner on an organic farm, grounding the conversation in territory, local food and human connection.

Day 3 – Nomad Exploration
Territorial Immersion & Regenerative Inspiration
On Day 3, we journey to Artenara, in the heart of Gran Canaria, for a full day of territorial immersion.
Through curated experiences, a gastronomic workshop, and encounters with local initiatives, participants explore the island’s rural realities, regenerative opportunities, and cultural heritage firsthand.
Rather than passive sightseeing, this is exploration as a practice of awareness, inspiration and expanded perspective.

Day 4 – Nomad Lifestyle
Living Connection Through Local Collaboration
On Day 4, we head to Veneguera for an active social experience co-created with the local village.
Through shared challenges, communal meals and playful collaboration, participants experience what it means to move from observation into participation.
This day is designed to transform local connection from concept into lived experience.

Day 5 – Nomad Integration and Closure
Playa de Mogán

Through reflection, sharing and guided integration practices, participants anchor the insights, relationships and inspiration of the week into future action.

10:30 PM to 6:30 PM
The Location: Puerto De Mogán, GRAN CANARIA
Located on the southwest coast of Gran Canaria, Puerto de Mogán is known for having one of the most stable and pleasant climates on the island, often considered the best year-round climate in Gran Canaria.
Originally a traditional fishing harbour, Puerto de Mogán has evolved into a small and charming marina with sailing boats and yachts, while carefully preserving its authentic character.
The village is famous for its romantic streets, white houses, bridges and canals, richly decorated with bougainvillea — earning it the nickname “Little Venice.” Together with its small sandy beach, calm atmosphere and human scale, Puerto de Mogán offers an ideal setting for those who prefer quality, beauty and tranquility over mass tourism.
It is a destination for people who value authentic places, walkable villages and a slower rhythm of life — perfectly aligned with the spirit of Nomad Fest.
The Mogán Valley forms part of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve of Gran Canaria, where a unique subtropical climate and fertile volcanic soil support rich agricultural traditions, especially known for mangos and avocados. Protected coastlines, hidden valleys and natural beaches offer exceptional hiking and direct immersion in nature.
Accomodation & Venue
Nomad Fest Gran Canaria is hosted at the 4-star Hotel Cordial Mogán Playa in Puerto de Mogán. Accommodation and breakfast is included in selected ticket options, with the flexibility to join the event while staying at your own accommodation. Sessions take place in the hotel’s conference facilities and nearby locations, creating a relaxed and accessible setting.
A Curated Program with Space for Co-Creation
Although co-creator and speaker applications for the Pilot Edition are now closed, Gran Canaria Nomad Fest remains intentionally designed as more than a traditional conference.
The core program has been carefully curated to create a coherent and high-quality journey, while leaving space throughout the week for participant contribution, collaborative dialogue, experiential learning and emergent co-creation.
Participants are not just attendees, they actively shape the experience through their presence, ideas and engagement.

Meet the team
GC Nomad Fest is shaped by a small, dedicated team of people who believe in connection over competition, intention over speed, and collaboration over hierarchy.
Together, we bring different backgrounds, skills and perspectives — from conscious entrepreneurship and digital nomad life to community building, program curation and on-the-ground organization — all united by a shared intention to create a Pilot Edition that offers the nomad community a space for connection, community reinforcement and collective exploration — a place to reflect on nomad life today and to explore how our shared insights can inform new ways of living and working in the future.
